I'm considering switching companies, internet randomly goes out, then the app doesn't help at all. What major doesn't have 24hr support? it never happens during business hours only out of business hours.
I dropped centurylink I had been with them for 10 years paid my bill on time I asked for higher speeds they charge me fiber speed prices fiber isn't available in my area and my speeds didn't even increase my Internet went out for a whole week and for a whole week they led me on saying everyday it will be back on tomorrow then sent me a message saying they were going to increase my bill they were supposed to credit my bill for the outage that didn't happen terrible provider
A root canal when the novacane wore off was less stressful than dealing with this company.

My biggest complaint is every time I try to pay my monthly bill, I can't access my account. Once I enter my login info. and the access code, the page just keeps buffering. And if I try to use the chat box, the same thing happens. It should not take me 3 DAYS to log into my account just to pay my bill! This happens every month... faithfully. Last night, I decided to download the app to see if I would have better luck, but nope. Finally, today, I succeeded.
Terrible customer service. I can't even get in to reset my password. I'm considering going with some other company. Life is too short....
