in a word aweful I hate this camera
It just stopped working a few months ago. Now I have hundreds of dollars worth of useless devices. Thanks! Seeing how they reply to all negative reviews with the exact same copy and paste response, it doesn't seem like anything will change. Everyone has been reporting the same problem for months now. They must have enough information from failing devices already, but they still haven't fixed anything... 🤔
Fortunately the hardware is pretty good. too bad the app is bad. ads ads ads
The app constantly tries to get you to buy a subscription, which is annoying.
Horrendous customer service. I have THOUSANDS of notifications and no way to delete them in groups any more. Been in comminucation with 'customer service' for probably closing in on two months with no resolution other than to keep uninstalling and reinstalling. I'm thankful it dispenses the food but there are times when the less than two year old feeder sounds like it's dying. At this point, I kinda wish I'd just bought a rando off of amazon
the camera doesn't work anymore. all year. I paid extra for this feature on the automatic feeder and it doesn't work. it used to.
