Anker Soundcore customer service team are great! The products are too, of course.
Five-star earbuds, two-star app. My Space A40s have been superb for two years, rivaling earbuds three times the price. The app had one job: switch between noise cancellation and transparency, with the odd EQ tweak. Now it crashes when I try to control them, and the home-screen widget has been removed. Yet somehow there's room for an AI companion. I have no objection to optional AI, but an earbud app that can't control the earbuds has lost the plot. Restore the widget. Fix the crashes.
Love the app, but the new icon looks oddly small and boxed in compared to other apps on Android. Would be great if it filled the icon space like before!
It's very strange that a headphones control app has a built in AI. I don't think I'll be buying more Anker headphones in future if the price covers all this unnecessary fluff
Good UI, but not being able to change the Touch Control options for phone calls is a bummer.
