Works good for me.
I think there is room for improvement, like adding in basic things, such as a way to get your model number and whatnot or integrate with their support line (when there's an error). It is nice and minimal and easy to use otherwise.
App lacks a lot of functionality. You can not get any details of the systems installed or manage components. No information on heat pump, air handler, or zone stats. It is nothing more than a dumb remote thermostat. I expected functionality similar or better than a Lennox system I previously had and not an app made by a high school student. Highly disappointed.
its temperature updates from the cloud are extremely slow, like once every half hour or maybe longer.

The how to guide is not comprehensive. Now I need to pay a Tech to come work on it.
