Don't waste your time and money, transactions take days to transfer and you can't use cards to make transactions, you should use their wallet or online transfer which also takes ages. On top of that, Customers services are the worst with replies, it takes hours or days and customer agents aren't prompt and reply whenever they want. Don't waste your hard-earned money on this app, everything here is utterly mismanaged and inefficient.
Clueless Customer Support.
I am unable to Verify even after reaching out to customer service. also I tried to log out and log back in but it still shows unable to login. Needs more bug fixes.
I have made a transaction from Germany to India during the weekend and in the app it was showing it will take only 30min - 1h time ,even after waiting I did not receive the money then I contacted the customer care they said it will take 24h so please don't trust the time period what they are mentioning. In my experience Remitly is the best app for transferring money instantly.
Pathetic Customer service support
the experience was utter flop. Adding money to wallet is kind of a snail slow process. and later taking a lot of time to get the money to verified and reflect. could had made it better. the interface is not at all user friendly
