Appen är bra men postnords hantering av försändelser och reklamationer när ni slarvar bort paketen är en fullständig katastrof så ni får en stjärna till helhetsupplevelsen förbättras. Väldigt få behandlar kunder såhär illa.
waiting 20 days plus for a package do arrive and it just says it's on its way
Unable to send to the US (United States) from the app. Sending there on the website works fine. Otherwise functional.
Doesn't show me the button to open the locker so I can't pick up my package.
tracking should work nicely in theory but it doesn't. was waiting for 2 packages, one home delivery, one to a pickup location. the home delivery arrived, the app says it's in transit 2 days later. the other one is still in transit, 5 days after it arrived at the local airport. chat is not working, robocall says the same things as the app. great use of implementing useless ai that doesnt solve anything
The same package was sent twice to my country with no notification that it arrived so I could pay the import invoice. That was fantastic experience
