Colgate is the Worst. after the way Colgate handled this app and the replacement heads I will go out of my way to talk trash about this idiotic company.

Our dental hygienist recommended this app 5 years ago. Three of my kids have been trained on this app. One is no longer using it, he brushes on his own now. One is unsupervised, one is supervised. They all have a million gems and 100% completion. Sucks they don't add more levels and costumes. They also do not sell brush heads anymore either. You can use any Colgate 360 heads, even third party ones, but no one makes yellow or orange replacements ☹️. Wish they stuck with this product line longer.
I'm starting to see bugs but it certainly changed my 4yos brushing routine into something so immensely rewarding and positive. MY BRUSHING GOT BETTER TOO!!! I started brushing with her and my hygienist and dentist noticed. we're so sad.
it would be awesome! such a great tool BUT I've given my consent for mine and my child's email twice now and her account repeatedly gets deleted. all her points earned and rewards vanish and it acts like she has never had an account. now I've gotten an email saying I need to consent or else this would happen and I did consent, twice now, and her account continues to be deleted. This is VERY upsetting to my daughter and just straight up annoying.
We would like to request a new music and graphics theme for each month, not just October to keep things more interesting. Thank you!
