No cameras.

Your hub credentials never leave your home network. The Spåna agent talks to DIRIGERA locally over your LAN and makes a single outbound connection. There are no inbound ports to open on your router.

WHAT YOU NEED

• An IKEA DIRIGERA hub, with sensors already paired in the IKEA Home smart app.

• An always-on device on the same network to run the Spåna agent - a home server, mini PC, or Raspberry Pi 3, 4, or 5.

The agent ships as a small Docker image.

Spåna is built for people comfortable running a container at home. If that is not you yet, it is worth knowing before you sign up.
