App was crashing at first but it got resolve, thank you! Nice content, a lot of activities for my kid to try.
Not working! I am no able to create the account. I had trouble activating the account. Somehow I managed but after it said the password was wrong. So I tried to change the password but still saying the password is wrong
the videos are helpful
Amazing. So much informational content and so easy to manage your subscription. I love all of the ideas so I can help guide my child in the right direction even when I'm super sleep deprived! I recommend this for everyone. The toys are top quality and well thought out in quality and learning development. My 7 year old even enjoys some of my 3 year olds toys from here, they're all a huge hit in our house!
Constant glitches. Auto shutdowns for over a month. Unusable & they assume it is your phone while every other application from banks to food has worked daily on said phone. Takes forever to get nowhere when requesting help.
while I LOVE lovevery every products, both the app & website are highly problematic. the app is missing a LOT of information available on the website. the website glitches in so many ways. difficult to check out, somehow separates cart, overdue overrides addresses, won't show previous orders without throwing error codes, etc..
