I am writing to formally report this app for engaging in deceptive trade practices, unauthorized billing, and the intentional obstruction of consumer rights. charging double and triple the agreed-upon monthly subscription amount within a single billing cycle even after cancellation of subscription. customer support email is entirely automated by an AI system explicitly programmed to deflect complaints and prevent resolution.

Hidden Fees, I purchased a month plan to assist me with fasting. shortly after I'm getting emails that 2 more deductions were made which I was unaware of. They took money for stuff I did not subscribe to and when I tried getting my refund the bot keeps saying basically no refund.
