idk bout this app.seem to slow down my phone a lot n block my text so I uninstalled it.its a good app besides that I guess.good organization.
I've use it for some years now the newest update (on app) I don't really get use to but it's friendly. Easy of you want to cancel subscription, easy to search and view the options of what tier you want.
Been using it since the founders days and I don't intend to stop anytime soon.
Finally able to get the membership, enjoyed watching Silverpicker on u-tub so just wanted to be able to find out more information about collecting coins. Very frustrating refund experience. I requested a refund only one day after subscribing, but the creator never responded. After waiting 12 days, I contacted Patreon Support and provided all the requested information. Patreon reviewed the case but denied the refund and closed the ticket, despite the creator never responding to my original request. I understand refunds aren't guaranteed, but this was an unnecessarily frustrating process and a disappointing support experience.
One of the few apps that genuinely cares aboit the user experience. I have no complaints as a creator, thank you.
