After downloading the latest version 2.124.0. The app fails to start properly. It starts with IT IS TIME TO ADD YOUR CHARGER ? After following the instructions it then says THE CHARGER YOU ARE TRYING TO ADD is already added to a account. ? After re starting both the charger and my phone the above issue was repeated. The wallbox help system does not seem to want to respond to my help request. I CAN'T CHARGER MY CAR ANYMORE.........WHAT CAN YOU DO ?
great charger and app
Every update is a gamble, some improve the system some don't. It keeps losing the set schedule so the car won't be charged in the morning. Connections are weak, you basically have to stand on top of the unit to connect to it. Do not recommend this product
support is non existent w an ai bot that is poorly trained. I opened a ticket and to this day, i have had no response...

Lots of problem. If it comes for free with your car, ask them to give u others brand. Or you must standby for others alternative..
