good service
Very disappointing experience. Their “progress report” calls often turn into sales pitches for more classes. Learning Partners change frequently, communication is difficult, and new partners seem unaware of prior arrangements. We signed up for one class per week, but they mistakenly booked two. My son is in kindergarten and is improving and learning a lot with his teacher Alina and Marissa, they are great teachers, sweet and knowledgeable all we need for our son. I will keep investing in my son with Cosmo. Is perfect, Is individual tutoring with kid, the app is easy to use and has all the tools we need as a parent to review and learn. I am very happy with Cosmo.
