I only used this app a couple times. I was just charged after my"trial" period, but they charged me twice. Once for the app and the same price to chat with someone. I never signed up to chat with anyone and couldn't afford it anyways. Today is the day I was charged and as soon as it hit my account I requested cancelation and reimbursement, especially for the pay I never signed up for. They have refused to reimburse for anything. I had no clue what the charges were at it was listed under
I tried trick it works so fast my dog's picked right up on it this is a great app for training your dog!
Terrible app. I joined using an offer for 6.99 for one month. Since then they have taken £29.99 every two weeks. So far they have taken £209 off my card. I was unaware that this was the subscription price, as I obviously would never have bothered with it. I hardly used the app and they are refusing to refund me. I will be complaining about this app to trading standards.
So far I'm not too impressed. Haven't been on here very long planning to give it a little bit to see if it is useful... It's just common sense of dog training.
