What is the point of this app? There is an outage and you indicate there is one. But if I use your web page it says the same thing AND gives an ETA for the service to be resumed. Granted it is not accurate but clearly someone thought about making the web page more useful at no expense to Google. Why is google paying anyone to create this app?
had a strange issue that i was helped with promptly and had my Internet restored in a few minutes. great customer service. would highly recommend using 🤙🏾🤙🏾
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I have had so MANY outages over the years!!! The last one 9/27/2026 lasted 6 days. Horrible communication with customer service with gfiber. There solution was the same to disconnect/restart router etc... I got a discount once of 60 cents. I'll be moving to T-Mobile wifi
