starting up the app there is tutorial on experiencing the different sound options and naming your headset which is really fun and very easy to follow. Though if you're looking for more detailed settings I find it a little hard to navigate where things are. I really appreciate that there's no subscription or ads. Though when reading the user manual is says you have to turn touch pad off via app but it's not in the app. plus you can change the app icon!
I don't like popups. I'll give bad reviews if your gonna ask me to leave a review.
Outstanding sound quality, touch controls can be a little tricky at times. My major complaint though, is the Bluetooth drops out randomly, and when it does it will do it repeatedly for a period of time (approx. 30mins.). There's always room for improvement.

Really, really good. Almost excellent. App is highly intuitive and offers basically the options you'd dream of. Not quite 5 stars from me, not because the app is inherently suboptimal but it's more a functionality thing with the actual headphones. I'd appreciate an option for the button on the headphones to to cycle thru all listening modes (ANC, transparency, off) instead of being locked into the last two used. I admit this is less the apps fault and more the actual devices issue.
