Over time, the built-in charts surface patterns in your sleep quality and duration. You can see how your rest shifts across weeks and months, spot recurring dips, and connect your notes to your scores in ways that a simple alarm app never shows you.

The interface is clean and uncluttered. No ads interrupt your logging routine. No onboarding flow demands your email. You open the app, fill in your entry, and that is it.

Features include a granular quality scale with numeric and descriptive levels, a notes field for each entry, and trend graphs that cover weekly and monthly views. Settings let you choose between 12h and 24h time formats, set your preferred first day of the week, and pick your default starting tab.
