How to use:
1. Add the "Screen Off & Play" tile to your Quick Settings panel (swipe down the status bar and edit tiles).
2. Tap the tile while any app is running.
3. The screen turns black, but the app stays active.
4. Simply swipe or use gestures to unlock and return to your app.

what is the point in dimming the screen when you're going to put a large red message asking for a purchase? drains battery... creates light and makes the app completely pointless.... So no i will not support the developers since they cannot make a worthwhile useful application without introducing greed.

It doesn't turn off your screen just make your display go black. it's not worth it for LCD DISPLAYS. But a great app for amoled display mobile.
Great App! works perfectly. Good update. Love the Lower Brightness option and Swipe Threshold. Both are very needed. I bought this app. Worth EVERY SINGLE CENT! Thank You!
Well done with disabling the control buttons when its activated, its now much more reliable against accidental touches. the only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because I wish that it kept the screen from going to sleep automatically. I have seen one app that was able to do this but that app is lacking in some good things your app is not lacking in. So if you can manage to add this then i would give it a 5 star rating. I purchased the lifetime premium for it because of how good it is.
try it With Shizuku empowerment and just do it Like how extinguish does it just by temporarily disabling and re- all pixels of a display/screen and thus obviously making the screen go blank completely cuz it needs all or most of its pixels to display anything using this it can do so many things if creative enough it can work as a background play it can let you hook up a auto clicker in games and run games without pausing, it can Let you trick thieves and spies into thinking a phone is dead&more
