The whole T Mobile experience has been lackluster at best. Between needing to login through a separate business owner login page and then having my child's prepaid account override my business login. This has been a horrible experience.
One star for the most wretched cell service I've ever had. I WAS a happy US Cellular customer with good service in my area. Once the buyout was finalized and service signal switched I fight to get a decent signal. Honestly? I'm excited to get out of having T-Mobile, I'm going to AT&T. I'd rather pay their outrageous price, at least the signal will work.
avoid at all cost they will tell you an amount at the beginning and your bill will be a whole different amount like way more then they refuse to fix it I am canceling all my lines ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
don't go to thrn for anything they tell one thing thrn they will change the amount in the bill plus customer services sucks half of them doesn't speak English and can't help you for anything .avoid then at all cost
well I had a hard time getting on it chatting with someone was impossible I finally had to make a phone call
