There is no spot in rewards app to add a visit/scan a receipt to get points on purchases where you forgot to use rewards code
this app makes it convenient to get your food ready quickly and go.
Why can't I purchase a cup of Au Jus? It's in the app in the French Dip Sandwich as an "addon" that must accompany the sandwich, but can't be added like all the other sauces you don't have to sell cause the taste if an Arby's sammich is good enough. Should have one of them wet roast beef sandwiches they got on the East Coastsomewhere. Then everyone would understand why you can't throw that into the app. You can get it easy enough at the drive thru or inside. Still love your food, Thanks
Automatically selects wrong location an hour away. Not happy
It's a pretty solid app when it works, but it constantly logs me out. Then Android's hyper-aggressive memory management kills Arby's app whenever it takes me to Chrome (it won't use Firefox?) to login with Facebook, restarting the process. Arby's won't let me add a password or duplicate a signup with my email, so effectively I am 100% locked out. It's only half Arby's fault, but it still makes this app literally unusable.
