Ang tagal ng customer service naglagay ako sa remittance ng 498000 won and id failure daw need ko contact customer service pero till now Wala pa din response. i seen ka lang. pls ano gagawin ko need ko na Yung Pera
App design is okay. However, terrible customer service. They hold your account hostage if you try to delete it, refusing and going around in circles asking for a concrete & highly detailed reason. Classic "roach motel" design. Glad I never connected my bank details! I was stuck in their support chat trying to close my account, until I had to quote their own Privacy Policy and Articles 36 and 37 of PIPA law. Did it have to get ugly first?? Steer clear of this app! (personal experience)

I installed this app to reserve bus tickets. I have never successfully reserved the tickets, but I have been frustrated by their pop ups (which can't be permanently disabled), bus station search (which doesn't match Naver), and custom on screen keyboard (which prevents pasting my password). when I do finally find the stations I'm looking for, it says that there is no route (there is). There is no way to do this via web browser. I wish I could search by bus routes and stop numbers.
worst app you'd find out there, collect too much fee here and there..
