GREAT.
It has been years I've been using this great topnotch app service for sending money in Philippines!
My transaction gets blocked. They said call customer service but nobody is there to answer my call. I would use another service provider but they already put a hold on my funds. As per their refund, it would take 10 days for me to get a reversal. There are far better and more convenient services out there.
I sent money using this but I canceled right away because I need to unlock my bank account before sending. And it is canceled that's was October 22, 2025. Today November 6, 2025 I still did not get my refund. It's almost a month now. This is freaking me out to be honest. I need my money. almost a thousand is not a joke. I already called them twice but they are telling me in 2 or 3 days. This is crazy. If who every read this review if I were you think 100 times before you use this app.
