its not working on my phone
The app was great for navigating Gothenburg without any issues. The information shown was reliable and accurate and the UI is friendly and easy to navigate.

truly terrible app. The app froze and I had to buy a second ticket. when I was trying to get the extra ticket refunded that is only possible with a paper form, not online. terrible UI.
It will be a great service if you Give your customers the option to download their digital ticket so it can still be use when there is no internet same like the digital bank card on your phone.The ticket controllers cannot be embarrassing people to pay a penalty when they are in possession of a valid ticket but there is no mobile internet for reasons that can happen to anyone unless vasttrafik want to tell us they are in business with the internet provider companies.
