Easy to use
Traveling from the US. Extremely easy to use, just pay attention to the dates if alternatives are suggested.
Easy to use, but terrible reliability. We purchased two sets of tickets through Rail Ninja: one set had a changed train but Rail Ninja never informed us, so the rail car and seats listed on the ticket didn't exist. For the second set of tickets for days later the train employee said didn't exist, they couldn't see us at all, yet we had the full details and receipt. They said it wasn't through the Railway so there were nothing they could do, we lost our sleeper car tickets and had to get off.
Very easy app to use.
