I can't get into the app or update it.

I usually refuse to write reviews, but every time I have to open this app, it is a painful reminder how much this company has been the worst experience of phone service I have ever had. Their App is as useless as their services, I cannot wait to leave this company behind. the app never properly loads, constantly has bugs, and bills are never displayed or calculated properly. only if the stars align can I get through, and even then it's only a hope and a prayer.
Absolute worthless trash app. the chat bot is as worthless as att support is via the app. They have zero troubleshooting skills to troubleshoot their own equipment when it fails or is in process of failing. Had zero fiber internet for two days now & cellular data at < 1Mbps and these clowns can't figure out what is wrong! Told 6 days before tech can come out, done with trash att.
Easy to navigate...fast and efficient use of the app.
Every update they offer, I gotta uninstall and reinstall the app because it WILL NOT UPDATE THE APP! The App SUCKS!
