I was trying to use the application by reserving a car, and when I went to open the car, the application was telling me the payment method was not working. I tried to use many different credit cards and still everything was failing. Somehow they got to charge me for the extra time that I was waiting to try to unlock the car for the extra reservation extension time. How come the payment method didn't work for unlocking the car, but they could actually charge. what a joke.
suffering a lot of issues in the app and car - falling to lock, failing to activate engine. complicated experience. miles is much better
This app used to be much better from a usability perspective. For example the cleanliness rating bar is now a dickover over the controls for ending the rental. Whoever thought that was a good idea clearly cared more about getting those ratings than actual service to the customer. And if you make the mistake of rating a dirty car dirty, somehow you are supposed (while paying!) to navigate two screens worth of options. A pity, because the core product remains usable.
