Terrible app for a terrible company. I'll never understand how a multi billion dollar company can have the absolute worst customer service. Keep driving it into the ground guys 👍🏻
Mostly great sometimes terrible. Exclusive items are annoying at times.
app still lacks basic functionality
I haven't been able to log into the app for almost a month. Every time I try, it said "Something went wrong, try again!".
there's an update every other day, I don't really understand the changes
constantly need to sign in. makes the experience so annoying to use
