The app is having an issue when you try to open your rewards certificate, a yellow window opens saying that there's an issue and they are working on it but it's been like this for a while.

Broken! Keep getting "it's not you, it's us" for the past week. You gonna wait until payments are missed to fix it so you can charge late fees? 10/14/26 issue still happening. How incompetent are you?

2026 update, I travel again and I still can't use the app when I am oversea, means you can't lock your card if it got stolen. I am going to cancel my card when I come back to the US. I can't open the app. no response at all. My card has no foreign transition fee, I used it in China and Hong Kong, but I can't open the app in China or the website. . no response at all. No problem with the other bank cards.
