Terrible app called 12x with absolutely no results transfer to 1 person to the next to the next....APP and customer service is Terrible
I've had to call multiple times to get support. the support received was not the support I needed. no follow-up. wrong phone numbers on app. wrong website sent to me via text.
app never is accurate or works properly
when it works , it works , unfortunately it doesn't work often, requires multiple reloads and relogins and loves giving you random errors with no text explanations. needs a lot of work
app doesn't work at all it keeps constantly giving me error messages I could enter the correct password to log in and it will say incorrect password and then try again with the exact same password and then it works for whatever reason I'm trying to log in with a fingerprint it will have me scan my fingerprints like 20 times. and when it comes to the Amazon linking you get an error saying that it's not whitelisted from Amazon. do not use this app do not use this company.
