The mobile app is useless. Especially as an admin. Also rippling as a platform has been a disappointment and their billing practices are dishonest.
This app is horrendous. Their updates had made this app so slow and timecards dont update right away, you have to log out and restart the app in order to see any changes and thats IF it made the changes. There are too many steps to get a simple edit on a timecard. When you are trying to snap the photo it freezes and sends and alert of a "time conflict".
When2work was a superior app and the fact that it absorbed into this clunky, glitchy, and problematic app is mind boggling. This app loads HALF the time and when it does load the necessary buttons to clock in/out of my HOURLY job...it's a gamble whether it will actually save your punches. It also spams you with texts and emails about "punch errors" that IT caused because it took me 2 minutes past my shift to load the clock screen. It is 2026...get better or sell out to a better tech app company
Still figuring the app out. I really wish you could see up coming pays before pay day, at least the day before.
been hacked twice. a lot of the "options" don't translate. this platform is seen foreign to my work Microsoft so I get double the emails. not a fan at all
this is probably the worst switch a company I've worked for ever made. the time clock doesnt work 99%of the time, navigation is horrible, schedules dont post properly, and im constantly having to email management about point being off.
