the map feature could use some updates. zooming problems and not showing all the addresses in the route. also what does the reset map button even do? The notification icon got a little too small with the recent update.
App causes phones to overheat, unreliable timers & messages, missing events, broken keyboard in messages. My clients hate it. They want pics and videos, and wear Fi collars. I send updates from the dashboard to save time daily. Sometimes sends more videos too! DaySmart, a less useful software option for dog walking, bought TTP. Updates cause problems. Clients text my cell 24/7 instead. I ask them to use the web version and get a GPS collar.
The app has gone from being an in field only tool to fully cover every aspect of their platform on the app. it is a life saver during peak times.
it didn't allow me to register so annoying
constantly crashes while im using the app
First time users of this software BEWARE. You will receive a 15 minute onboarding which is not detailed. In some instances it takes 15 steps to complete one step. Also, if you're not happy with the software, once you create your website through time to pet, you can't separate the two. Creating a website using their software is not user friendly. It is for people who have experience creating websites. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
