when deleting voicemails you constantly get a message saying refresh failed also majority of the time when you get a voicemail you don't get the notification to hours if not days later.
always says "no internet" and won't delete messages.
Doesn't work anymore. The app crashes every time I open it. This started happening a couple of months ago. I haven't changed anything on my end. I also tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app, but to no avail. I have been using a Nubia Red Magic 10s Pro for over a year yet the T-Mobile app has as an entirely different phone listed. T-Mobile is supposed to be one of the leading providers yet they seem to be completely lacking in technical operation and functionality. Get it together.
Posted Aug 2022: This app doesn't work. Sending a letter to T-Mobile requesting a transcript of the voicemails would probably work better. This app is ABANDONED. Posted Oct 2026: No change to functionality. Only has "welcome" screen and that's it.
I'm tired of having to uninstall and reinstall this app because of a glitch that causes the voicemail notification to not delete itself after deleting a voicemail. Also, I currently cannot delete voicemails from the main screen and have to open each voicemail to delete it.
