Plenty of apps claim to locate hidden cameras but this is the only one I've found that works reliably every time. Using the manual camera detection feature will alert you to the presence of an infra-red light source, which is almost always attached to a night vision camera. You must have the room dark for this to work otherwise ambient visible light makes the infra-red almost impossible to detect.
