bought gs3 ultra. but the app is trash. trying to login many times but keep getting "time out" "connection loss" eventho my wifi or data is working fine. and i tried many times to change the dial thru the app but it doesnt even load anything to show other dial. Please take action ASAP. If i know this wud happen to me. i wud just bought amazfit. really disappointed. i just want to support blackshark. so please take action ASAP

As a black shark GS3 ultra user, I am so disappointed. When pausing the outdoor running workout there is no option to go back to view the distance, pace and heart rate in the data page. The only option that I can go back to the data page is to resume and hold to finish. Moreover, when finish the running the map data is pitch black it doesn't not appear on the app.
