not working most of the time
Promised a "free for life" card but was immediately hit with annual fees, totaling 1800 SAR for one purchase. After rude collection calls, they offered a 900 SAR settlement to close my file, sending an official stamped letter. I paid it in August. Two months later, collections is harassing me again for the "remaining balance," ignoring their own signed document. Highly deceptive and unprofessional. Avoid.

ابلكيشن قديم وبطئ وسئ جدا ولا يتماشى مع حجم التطور الالكتروني والنهضه اللى حاصلة فى المملكه العربيه السعودية من حيث اتمتت كل شئ يحتاج تطوير وبسرعه جدا حتي يواكب التطور اللى حاصل بتكلم عن التطبيق وليس البنك
