keep crashing. can't use this app. ridiculous
very disappointing for the money we paid. we up graded to butler level. such a disappointing experience. Barbados was beautiful. sandals you need to look at the ikos chain that experience was amazing.
constant updates. updated 3 times during my trip, logging me out each time
Not a good app for Turks and Caicos. Inaccurate for restaurant information
Two major issues with the app.. 1) Does not permit guests to book their one pre-arrival dinner reservarion. Resort staff is well aware and admits "it just doesn't work." 2) Does not allow the user to access the GINA chat function before check-in or after check-out, despite the pop-up that says it will work at 9am on day of check-in until 3pm on day of check-out. I received responses from staff after check-out but before 3pm, and had no way to access them.
