Works as it should. No problems with Wi-Fi connectivity or functionality. Works perfectly as a hamster cam. Update: 10/26. Frequent crashes. Alert video clips won't download or open often. Hasn't been updated in almost a year.
hasn't worked in a month or longer says it's offline but I've tested my network and it's not the issue. cameras are on they click when motion is detected but the app won't work. If not fixed very soon I'll be replacing the 4 cameras I have with a different brand.
This camera has such a good view and very clear..and it IS ALWAYS CRASHING..I wish I never gotten it the first one I had worked pretty good but it didn't move and pan with motion. So when the old one went out I just knew this one would be way better, NOT. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. UPDATE 9-2-26 got this camera set up at new place and I CANT DOWNLOAD PLAY OR WATCH ANY RECORDINGS ITS IS CATCHING, I WORK AWAY FROM HOME 27 DAYS AT A TIME. HEL NETVUE PPL FIX THIS ON GOING PROBLEM SAYS IT HAS BUGS HELP
App hasn't been able to connect since June
I don't know what the problem is, I haven't been able to see any of the recordings. It says something about my internet. I deleted the app and reloaded it. Still not working. very frustrated. Guess I'm purchasing new cameras. I wouldn't use this app or buy these cameras again.
