The app doesn't work at all for mortgage only customers. Can't even sign in.
Can't get in app with my sign in credentials.
I find the people at the Denham springs la location as being extremely rude this is happened the last few times I have gone in there. I asked to speak with a manager or corporate and I never get that or im told they will call me and never do. I have tried calling and going in and I can never get anything done they won't set up an appointment or they do but when I arrive there is no manager there that day. its been like this for 2 years now
Whst is going on with this app? I have been trying to go into my account with no successs. Never had any problems before. What are we supposed to do? Nothing was sent to us about new app development or update. I hope I dont get charged for any overdrafts otherwise they will hear from the banking commission and possibly my lawyer. Regions please respond now to your customers!! Otherwise I will move my money and I'm sure others will also.

if you have a VPN turn it off to do an internal transfer, good app
