Had to go on Internet to find out how use this app. Phone numbers are either out of date, and the automated questions are infuriating. Whether trying to phone or use app sends you in circles.
In my opinion UPS is better than any other options to handle my packages

The package was not delivered to the FRONT DOOR. The front door is located on Guthrie Street; Not Alder Street. I appreciate it arrived sooner.
