I have tried cancelling this app but the keep taking money off my account and don't reply to my emails. I will have go to the bank and report them as fraud and cancel my card to stop the debits.
can't start this app, too many stupid questions
need to spend money
too many things that lead to nowhere. can't even figure how to get refund.
I've just started this app, and ad much as I want to like it, I feel like I'm being ripped off. I had to pay for my credits in order to purchase a particular video. When I listen to my paid videos, they always seem to be off. That wouldn't bother me so much if I were aloud to edit the mistakes, but it doesn't give me that option. Not to mention, I don't even get recreated my credits that I've lost.
