Flare Kinex generates a fresh workout routine every time you open the app. No two sessions are the same — each exercise appears as a vibrant card with its own countdown timer, so you always know exactly what to do and for how long.

There is no account to create, no subscription to manage, and no internet connection required. Everything runs locally on your device from the moment you install it.

Each routine pulls from a varied pool of exercises and assembles them into a balanced session. Cards display the exercise name, a short description of the movement, target muscle groups, and a timer you can start, pause, or reset. When one exercise finishes, the next card is ready.

The app includes a PIN lock for privacy, customizable font sizes, and sorting preferences for any saved data. An empty-state screen with a subtle background icon greets you before your first routine is generated, so the interface never feels bare.
