there is absolutely no reason this application should be this clunky. Every time we install a new generator this app needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled to allow it to connect to the generator. then most of the time it still freezes or will not accept/transfer data to generac. As a professional installer this app is the biggest joke in the industry. Its pretty shameful that the energy technology company can not make a operational phone application to work as advertised.

this is a terrible app can not get it to work at all
works well so far, apparently doesn't work on iphones well though.
This app works about as good as a computer from 1993.
my experience was great!!! I gadan issues today getting the generator to switch to auto but once I searched and found this app. everything went smooth. love this app!!!
