I personally dont like the app. There is no time in schedule. I mean seriously schedule without time make no sense. when is lunch, breakfast ? and then i believe it only give options to teacher to check some, most none for the entire meal, no notes on what your kid actually ate, liked, didnt like how is that helpful ? and the picture layout need fixing too. ther overall design of app has a lot of loop holes. Need a lot of improvement. My husband only get email of teacher reply, no thread.
NOT visually pleasing. also doesnt pull up from notifications (glitch?). also no option to opt out of emails!!! 🫨 only "fewer emails" but you still get every little update email & push. Brightwheel is way better.
It's a great app. There is a glitch where it actually is just a white screen when I go to open it. I usually have to completely closed it and open it a couple of different times to make it work.
only item that has enabled live updates for reporting is diaper changes. As a nursing mother, its imperative to see live updates on feedings to maintain a schedule for pump and feeding upon returning home. It would be helpful to monitor naps as well for scheduling considerations. Its not helpful when this information only becomes available in daily report when baby checked out. option to message care givers directly rather than just directors would improve communication and needs te
the check in/checkout user interface is BAD. our kids school changed from procare to connect, and the UX is a disaster. * five digit codes instead of four. more work for me * no QR code, that means I have to touch a screen that's touched by hundreds * the ONLY thing I do is checkin/checkout, and the buttons are so small you don't see them * instead of scan/click experience I had before, now I have to enter 5 digits, click checkout/checking on small fonts, and hit the back link.
My daycare uses this app and it's really frustrating that we can't see when the baby is eating or napping throughout the day. I need to plan my pumping schedule according to when baby eats and can't do that because the app doesn't show when my baby ate until after pickup at the end of the day. Wish there was a fix for this :(
