Our mission is to provide customers with efficiently managed and operated electric, water and wastewater services at competitive rates and to methodically establish and maintain a strategy for not only meeting current needs, but address the future demands of the city’s anticipated growth may place the system.

Rates keep going up, not a good utility company

First of all, this app is self-explanatory and easily navigated. The bill is broken down, and how to pay your bill is as well. The logging in had been difficult for me for about 4 attempts, then it cleared up, and I haven't had a problem since. This app also gives you several ways to pay to help you, the customer. If there are any problems you may contact the staff at any time. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable.

This app does not display current information about my account. It says that my bill is past due when it was paid directly at the office.
