When trying to set up my Bank Account on the app on Android it would not let me lower my keyboard to click the confirm button and alao the next button in my keyboard was no help. Ha ent used the app since, website is more useful.
Barclay app downloaded onto phone. There is no way to put an icon on my Home Screen. And I do not know why it's open, it's available, it's installed, it's updated. There's just no way to put it on the Home Screen. What do I do?

I have a zero balance, excellent credit score and pay bill on time since I had the card for at least three years now yet my credit limit has decreased every year. Store card is basically useless now. I guess they don't wonder why it has been idle for the last year?
I can't get the app to add a bank account in order to pay my bill. Everytime I add everything the app freezes. I don't know how you expect me to pay the bill if you don't have a working site.
