brilliant app and really efficient, friendly staff/service. I needed a replacement tag and it was really easy to order, it arrived in a couple of days and there was no charge for it either! I'd definitely recommend this to anyone - it could be invaluable if you lose your fur baby at any time.
unsatisfied with the website, app, and all around this whole thing. I received what was supposed to be free tags and now y'all are slowly syphoning lil bits of money here n there.
I had $4.78 taken out yesterday when I decided not to join.i never gave permission.ive four cats not one.why would I pay for only one.i stopped filling it out when noticed it cost monthly and they still took for the one I filled out but never gave peri
I love having the additional security. plus having a replacement option when we lost one was great!
What a cool way to help people keep track of their wondering pets.
fantastic service with these people. My cat has lost 3 discs so far, asked for replacements, and received them the following day. definitely recommend them 100%.
