Cycling, running, walking, jogging, elliptical, rowing, yoga, bodyweight boot camp, even dog-walking! CardioCast has a workout for everyone at every fitness level.
“Forget that pricey studio class—for the SoulCycle or Flywheel experience, all you need is a gym bike, an iPhone, and this workout app.” -SHAPE

Clear instruction for a beginner spinner. A great workout at your convenience. -5 Stars at this review, knocked down because of poor customer service *update* no problems with app until 8/26. I would get email with the burn and earn credit. When I would try to redeem I got error message that there was a failure, contact customer support. 3 emails later and still no response.
I did the free 7 day trial for use with my spin bike. The workouts are boring with little variety and tons of recovery time. Didn't feel challenged. And no customer service whatsoever, didn't reply to questions I emailed them. They don't post on social media anymore so I don't think new content is coming out. I don't give my business to companies with poor customer service. Buyer beware
11/9/2025 constantly crashes every three minutes. 11/28/2025 still crashes. all audio stops and cannot start were you left off. cancelled subscription. Also, not adding new content. WAS a good app. No response from developer about issues on 11/9.
I used to love this app. Recently I tried to update my payment info online since it's not able to do that in the app. It wouldn't let me login and kept saying I didn't have a subscription. I made a new login and password on the site. My card was charged but now I can't login. I sent an email regarding my issue and got an email back saying it was received. I got no response. I sent 3 follow up emails and haven't received any response back. It's been over a month. There's no phone number to call.
Update: I've been using cardio cast since 2018 and has saved my sanity through the covid pandemic! Still going strong, and to this day, the music and coaches keep me in cardiovascular shape!! Great music and instructions keep me pulling and pushing. I'm addicted!!!
Amazing app!!! Love the music and the detailed instructions! Positive encouragement through workouts too!!
