I've been experiencing a problem logging into my account and it always says 'login failed' even though I had a good internet connection, also every time I click the Arcade to join the event it usually freezes at the loading screen. Though it's still playable even though the Arcade mode doesn't work on me

there's no cloud save and we can't connect our Google account on the account screen
