the device won't connect. it gives me failed connection everytime i try to pair the device to the wifi.
i cannot reset filter lifespan once being exchanged
This annoying app forces me to enter my credentials again every 2 or 3 weeks. This is not a banking app, so I don't know what the tight security is for??! However, besides that one annoyance, the app actually works pretty well.
Device looses connection with the app ALL THE TIME. After being left in night mode, the device does not respond in the morning, nor via direct pressing of the buttons on the display, nor via app. Most of the time, on the app, I can only see concentracion of the particles, but cannot enter other settings inside app that are on display (that does not react anyway)...so I cannot manage the device via app, since this morning. This is torture.
regularly disconnects the device (bluetooth and wifi) and has to be manually reset before connecting again.
not able to connect to Wi-Fi even using correct credentials several times but nothing keep asking about password
