As soon as the feeder went offline, the app completely unlinked it from both the admin and shared accounts instead of showing it as disconnected. Unlinking devices during a connection drop makes the app completely unreliable for pet care. To make matters worse, support has been unresponsive for days. Please fix this bug and address support tickets promptly.
notifications haven't worked for years and feeding schedule constantly resets. petlibro clearly don't care to fix it unfortunately. used to be a great app and feeder when it worked in the beginning.

I've had nothing but problems with all of their products. I bought their pet fountain and automatic feeder thinking O could control them both from the same app but that was not the case. I had to download a separate app for each. The fountain didn't work for longer than a year and the feeder is offline so often I usually have to scoop the food out manually. I do not recommend their products.
there is a bug. everytime I try to open the app it closes. please get this fixed....
this app stopped working. I got a new phone and it's not available to install on it.
